Job-Plan (T) Ltd. is proud to have successfully delivered a landmark project for Africa Energy (Kalahari Petroleum, a subsidiary of Amsons Group) in Vijibweni, Kigamboni area, Dar es Salaam.

The project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art fuel depot with a total storage capacity of 50,000 m³, comprising 28,500 m³ of AGO (Automotive Gas Oil/diesel) and 21,500 m³ of PMS (Premium Motor Spirit/petrol), supported by advanced safety and operational infrastructure

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:

• Storage Facilities: Fuel depot tanks (50,000 m³), a 1,000 m³ fire water tank, and foam tanks with a combined capacity of 4 m³.y


• Safety & Environmental Structures: Bund walls, fire pumps and control house, foam system, for safety and TBS/SCADA building for QA/QC.


• Operations & Utility Buildings: Receiving manifold, product pump house, loading gantry, security houses, electrical room, generator room, and operations building with full finishing, electrical installations, IT systems, Security systems, Air conditioning and Ventilation.


• Perimeter & Civil Works: Complete site fencing, paved depot yard, fire access road and support structures for efficient logistics and operations.
